# Onboarding

> Setting up your Agency and Agent profile for the first time.

Welcome to Closer Intellect AI! To ensure you get the most out of the platform, you must complete a brief onboarding process. This happens automatically the first time you sign in.

## 1. Agency Setup

The first step is defining your organization's identity. This information is used by our AI to understand the context of your sales calls and SMS messages.

* **Agency Name:** Your company or team name.
* **Target Industry:** Who are you selling to? (e.g., SaaS, Real Estate, Solar).
* **Core Value Proposition:** What problem do you solve for your clients?
* **Company Website:** Your agency's domain name.
* **Logo & Brand Color:** Visual elements that define your agency's branding throughout the platform.

## 2. Personal Agent Profile

Next, you'll configure your own AI Agent. This agent acts as your digital twin during automated outreach.

* **Agent Name:** The name the AI will use when introducing itself.
* **Work Email:** Your professional contact email for routing inbound communications.
* **Communication Tone:** Choose a style that matches yours (e.g., "Professional & Direct", "Warm & Consultative").
* **Signature:** A custom sign-off for your SMS messages.

## 3. Provider Configuration

To enable the communication features, you'll need to provide API keys for our integrated services.

* **Vapi API Key:** Required for AI-powered voice calls and roleplay training.
* **Twilio Credentials:** Required for mass SMS campaigns.

  You can skip provider configuration during onboarding and add your keys later in the **Agency Settings** dashboard.

## 4. First Lead Import

Once your profile is set up, we recommend importing a small batch of leads via CSV or using the **AI Lead Search** to start exploring the platform's capabilities.
